Overview
Pakistan Bulls (“we”, “us”) is a community platform for Pakistani racing-bull owners and fans to share photos, videos (“reels”), and stories about their bulls. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our mobile app or website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account you provide a username, email address, password, and optionally a full name, bio, location, and profile picture. Your username, name, bio, location, and profile picture are visible to other users. Your email address and password are never shown publicly.
Content you post. Photos, videos, captions, bull details (name, breed, region, weight, race wins), comments, and likes/favorites are stored on our servers so we can display them in the app.
Engagement signals. We record which posts and reels you like, favorite, view, and report so we can order the feed, highlight the weekly winner, and moderate abusive content.
Device information. If you opt in to push notifications we store the push token issued by Apple or Google so we can send you updates about likes, comments, follows, and moderation actions.
Technical logs. Our servers keep short-lived logs of API requests (approximate timestamp, endpoint, HTTP status) for security and debugging.
How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the app: to display your content to other users, deliver push notifications you enabled, personalize your Reels feed, power the weekly winner and trending features, and keep the community safe by acting on reports. We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising SDKs.
Media Hosting
Photos are stored in our database. Videos (“reels”) are uploaded to Cloudinary (cloudinary.com), our media delivery partner, which serves them via HTTPS with a “Pakistan Bulls” watermark. Cloudinary processes uploads on our behalf and does not use your videos for its own purposes.
Sharing With Third Parties
- Cloudinary (media hosting), for video upload and streaming.
- Apple / Google push services, only when you receive a notification you asked for.
- Law enforcement or regulators, only when required by a valid legal request.
Content Moderation
Anyone can report a reel. When three distinct users report the same reel it is automatically hidden pending admin review. Admins can view the queue of reported content, unhide false positives, and remove clear violations. Reporters and reported users are recorded so we can prevent abuse of the report system.
Your Rights
Access & correction. You can view and edit your profile from the Profile tab at any time.
Delete your account. Open Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your user record, all your posts, reels, comments, favorites, and follows from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Push notifications. Turn them off in your device’s Settings at any time.

Children
Pakistan Bulls is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please email support@pakbulls.com and we will remove it.
Data Retention
We keep your account and content until you delete your account. Technical logs are automatically discarded after 90 days. Content moderation records (reports, admin actions) are kept for as long as they are needed to keep the platform safe.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Substantial changes will be announced in the app.
