Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Pakistan Bulls mobile app or website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has read these terms on your behalf. Accounts created by users under 13 will be removed.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pakbulls.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account.

4. Your Content

Ownership. You keep all rights to the photos, videos, captions, comments, and other content you post (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for what you post.

License to us. By posting to the Service you grant Pakistan Bulls a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt (e.g. add the “Pakistan Bulls” watermark, generate thumbnails, transcode for streaming), publicly display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies that expire on our normal retention cycle.

Your representations. You represent that Your Content is yours to post, does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and complies with section 5 below.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not use the Service to post or transmit anything that is:

• Illegal under the laws of Pakistan or your local jurisdiction.
• Cruel or abusive toward animals, including footage of doping, intentional injury, or unsafe racing conditions.
• Sexual, sexually suggestive, or exploiting minors in any way.
• Hateful, discriminatory, or inciting violence.
• Deceptive, spam, or a scam (including fake sale listings).
• Infringing on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
• Malware, phishing, or otherwise designed to harm the Service or other users.

You also will not scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the Service’s APIs or infrastructure.

6. Moderation

Any user can report a reel. When three distinct users report the same reel it is automatically hidden pending review by our moderators. Moderators may unhide false positives, remove clear violations, suspend or delete accounts, and refuse service at their discretion. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account removal without prior notice.

7. Payments & Sales

Pakistan Bulls does not process payments inside the app. Any sale or purchase of a bull is a private transaction between the two users and happens off-platform. Pakistan Bulls is not a party to those transactions and provides no warranty, escrow, or dispute resolution. Do your own due diligence.

8. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@pakbulls.com with the URL of the content, a description of the work you claim was infringed, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We will act on valid notices promptly.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we are legally required to do so. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, license, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pakistan Bulls and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which will typically be zero, as the app is free) and (b) PKR 5,000.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
